Αndreas Zafeiropoulos began his musical studies in Patras with K. Kydoniatis and completed them at the Athens Conservatory, obtaining a PIANO DIPLOMA and a COMPOSITION DIPLOMA with the highest distinction and first prizes.Then he perfected his studies abroad with T. Antoniou, N. Butterworth etc. , having received a scholarship from the Academy of Athens, while at the same time he graduated from the Department of Music Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Athens (where he was admitted first in the ranking of candidates -1992-). 

As a pianist and composer he has performed at all domestic festivals (Athens, Patras, Symi, Patmos, Samos, Crete, Thessaloniki, Ionian Islands, Cyclades etc.) and in concert halls (Athens Concert Hall, ELS, Ghoete , Parnassos, HAU, etc.) as well as abroad (G.Britain, USA, Portugal, Germany, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Cyprus, Israel, Italy, Holland etc.) receiving excellent reviews both for his pianistic skill and for the its compositional perfection. He has won first prizes (Germany-1997, MMA-2000, Italy-2002) in international competitions, recorded many series with works by Greek Composers (Antoniou Sykias, Kydoniatis, Papastavrou, Mitropoulos, etc.), cataloged a series of works by Greek Composers of interwar period, and published articles concerning the musical movement and life in interwar Greece through reviews and newspaper clippings of the time.
